Ron Medina

Ron Medina is the Director of Asset Management at FirstLight, where they leverage their expertise as an Electrical Technologist to provide custom solutions for industrial control applications. With a background that includes roles as an Application Engineering Specialist at Rockwell Automation and an Electrical-Mechanical Assembler at Bruce Bradley Machinery, Ron has developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They also have extensive experience in operations management, including overseeing water resource management and energy transactions. Ron holds an Electrical Engineering Technology Diploma from Mohawk College and has participated in leadership training with the Royal Canadian Air Cadets.
