Steve Ryan

Steve Ryan is a seasoned Human Resource leader with over 30 years of experience. They currently serve as the Director of People & Culture at FirstLight Power, focusing on developing customer-oriented HR teams and business partnerships. Previously, Ryan held significant HR roles including HR Director at UNUM Canada and Royal Building Products, as well as VP of HR & Corporate Services at DWL. They earned a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors in HR & Industrial Relations from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a Master of Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto.
