Thomas Webber

Thomas Webber is a dynamic executive leader with over a decade of experience in network operations and media technology. Currently serving as the Owner and Managing Partner at FirstLight Home Care, they previously held the role of Vice President of Network Operations at Hallmark Media, where they spearheaded the transition from linear to digital distribution and oversaw significant revenue generation and cost savings. Thomas also contributed as Director of Network Operations for Crown Media Family Networks, enhancing operational efficiencies and profitability through technological innovations. They are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications at the University of Washington.
