Javier Viloria

Javier Viloria is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the hydropower and dams sector. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at FirstLight, Javier previously held the position of Senior Director of Hydropower and Dams for CIMA+ in Ontario and worked as a Senior Consultant in Hydroelectric projects at Kleinschmidt Associates. Javier's background includes a role as Engineering Manager in the Energy sector at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff and experience as a Structural Engineer at WSP Canada. Javier obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana, completed in 1999, and holds a High School diploma from Colegio Santa Isabel.
