Bill Schipano

Bill Schipano has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a Fiber Infrastructure Engineer, Outside Plant Engineer, and Project Manager II at FirstLight Fiber since March 2015, focusing on Carrier/Wholesale Services. Prior to this role, Bill was a Network Tech III at Level 3 Communications for a brief period following its acquisition of tw telecom, where Bill worked as a Network Technician from August 2007 to November 2014, managing equipment for colocation facilities and the central office. Earlier experience includes a position as a Field Tech in the Tech Maintenance Department at Price Chopper Supermarkets and contract work at Schipano Building Technologies. Educational background includes an Associate degree in Information Technology: Computer Networking from ITT Technical Institute and an Associate degree in Applied Sciences from Hudson Valley Community College.
