Joe Cavallaro

Joe Cavallaro currently serves as the Director of Client Services at FirstLight Fiber since January 2024. Prior to this role, Joe worked at Crown Castle as a Client Service Manager, focusing on maintaining and growing customer relationships to meet company objectives. Joe's experience includes serving as a Carrier Account Manager at Windstream Communications and a GWIM Compliance Specialist at Bank of America. Joe began the career at Fleet Bank as a Mutual Fund Trader Analyst and later worked at Bank of America as an Operations Team Leader, managing a team and ensuring service level agreements were met. Joe holds a degree in Economics of Health and Society from the University of Rochester, earned between 1989 and 1993.
