Justin Vane

Justin Vane has a strong background in service delivery and network operations. Justin started their career at Windstream in 2010 as a Network Specialist, where they gained experience troubleshooting and maintaining data, voice, and VoIP networks. Justin then joined EarthLink in 2012 as a Hosted Services Team Lead, where they focused on troubleshooting high-level customer outages and ensuring network stability. In 2015, they moved to Finger Lakes Technologies Group, Inc. as a VoIP Network Engineer, responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading voice and data networks. Justin was later promoted to Service Delivery Supervisor, overseeing customer turn-ups and ensuring team accuracy. Justin is currently working at FirstLight Fiber as the Director of Service Delivery - Advanced Services, where they are responsible for managing service delivery operations.

Justin Vane pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Justin'sareas of study included Computer Crime, Criminal Justice, and Political Science.
