Matt Toy

Matt Toy is an experienced executive in customer experience and account management, currently serving as the VP of Customer Experience at FirstLight Fiber since October 2024. As co-founder of Dolph Hoyt Presents since January 2015, Toy has also held leadership roles at York IE, previously acting as Chief Customer Officer and Vice President of Client Services. Prior experience includes positions at Fastly, NS1, and Oracle, where Toy focused on customer success, account management, and client advocacy. Additionally, Toy contributed to the nonprofit sector as a board member and co-chair for Stay Work Play New Hampshire and the abi Innovation Hub. An alumnus of New England College, Toy holds a BA in Business Administration.
