Michael Papell

Michael Papell has over two decades of experience in sales and corporate development. Michael is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales at FirstLight Fiber. Prior to this, they held various key positions, including Area Vice President of Sales and Senior Director of Enterprise Sales at Lightpath, Regional Director of Fiber Sales at Crown Castle, and Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Lightower Fiber Networks. Mr. Papell also served as the Vice President of Sales at Veroxity Technology Partners, where they significantly grew the company's sales and acquired Fortune 2000 customers. Michael started their career as the Director of Business Development at Strong Numbers, Inc. and later became the Director of Corporate Development at Schafer Corporation. Overall, Mr. Papell has exhibited strong leadership, strategic planning, and sales management skills throughout their career.

Michael Papell earned their MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business between 1997 and 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Binghamton University from 1986 to 1990. Michael also holds a high school diploma from Eastchester High School, which they received between 1982 and 1986.
