Mike Constantino

Mike Constantino currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at FirstLight Fiber, beginning in September 2023. Prior to this role, Mike held multiple leadership positions at Crown Castle from November 2017 to April 2023, including Vice President of Network Engineering, Vice President of Network Programs, Vice President of Service Delivery, and Regional Director of Operations. Mike's career also includes significant experience at Lightower Fiber Networks, where roles spanned from Vice President and General Manager of New England Operations to Director of Network Operations from August 2007 to March 2020. Earlier experiences include Sr. Network Technician positions at Level 3 Communications and Broadwing Communications, as well as a service record in the US Army from June 1993 to July 1997.
