Molly Sergeant has a diverse work experience in marketing and communications. Molly started their career as a Marketing Coordinator at DiBella's Subs in 2012, where they designed in-store signage, managed social media platforms, and created marketing plans for new store openings. In 2014, they worked at Villa of Hope as a Marketing and Communications Manager, focusing on brand recognition through various advertising channels and managing internal and external communications. Since 2015, Molly has been with FirstLight Fiber, initially as a Sales Coordinator and then as a Marketing Manager. In their current role as Marketing Director, they provide sales professionals with the necessary tools and strategies for achieving their goals, including collateral creation, digital advertising, account-based strategy, and social media marketing.
Molly Sergeant attended Pittsford Sutherland High School from 2001 to 2005. Molly then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at SUNY Geneseo from 2005 to 2009.
