Richard Messinger

Richard Messinger is an experienced consulting solutions architect with a strong background in technology and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Consulting Solutions Architect at FirstLight Fiber since July 2021, Richard previously held the same title at FirstLight Fiber from January 2018 to February 2021. Richard's prior experience includes senior consulting roles at Finger Lakes Technologies Group, Inc., and Ronco Communications, where responsibilities involved customer consulting and advocacy for Cisco technologies. A senior software engineer at Cisco from June 1993 to June 2001, Richard participated in pre-sales engagements and network management initiatives. Richard holds an MBA in Information Technology from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and a BA in Mathematics with a minor in Education from Colgate University.
