Ryan Houseman

Ryan Houseman is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and administration. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at FirstLight Fiber since November 2018, Ryan has played a key role in designing and configuring Solarwinds in new environments. Previously, at Bank of Akron from February 2014 to October 2018, Ryan managed the VMware cluster and network equipment while enhancing operational efficiency. Early career experience includes holding the position of IT Generalist at Pivot Precision from September 2007 to February 2014, where responsibilities spanned across various IT functions including Active Directory, ERP systems, and hardware support. Ryan's education was completed at Finger Lakes Community College from 2004 to 2006.
