Laurence Sullivan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Laurence began their career at IBM in 2000 as a Help Desk/IT Support intern, where they played a crucial role in transforming the Industrial Engineering department by automating tasks through VB code.

In 2001, Sullivan joined Innovation Associates as a Systems Administrator, providing IT support and managing network expansion and upgrades for a small business.
