Tanja Mitic

Tanja Mitic is a Head of Risk and Compliance with over 18 years of experience in risk and compliance within national and international organizations. They have a strong expertise in creating governance frameworks that enhance organizational culture and drive strategic goals. Tanja's career includes significant roles at QSuper Group, Bank of Queensland, and various consultancy positions, where they have focused on compliance, risk management, and driving sustainable change. Currently, they serve as the Head of Risk and Compliance at Firstmac and are active on the Competition and Consumer Law Committee for the Queensland Law Society. Tanja holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Laws from James Cook University, along with several relevant certifications.
