Matthew Ratliff

Matthew Ratliff is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems architecture and software development. Currently serving as Lead Systems Architect at FirstMile, a Rakuten Company, since October 2019, Matthew has also held the role of Software Architect and Director of IT at International Fulfillment Solutions since May 2013. Prior experience includes positions as a Software Engineer at ProPay and Steal Network, along with a consultancy role at Pro-Motion Action LLC, where Matthew developed a real-time graphical application using C# and DirectX. Matthew Ratliff holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Utah Valley University.
