Sam Endacott

Sam joined firstminute from Goldman Sachs, where he worked in the Financial Institutions Group within Investment Banking. His M&A advisory work included the IPO of Allied Irish Banks, Zurich’s acquisition of Cover-More Insurance in Australia, HSBC’s share buyback programme, merger of SABB and Alawwal Bank, the UK Government’s sell-down in RBS, and Virgin Money’s Digital Banking Strategy.

At firstminute he is focused on opportunities in enterprise and SaaS. Sam sits on the board of Compose, Skew, Risk Ledger, Element, Storyblok, n8n and Nuxt. He sourced firstminute's investment into Robocorp and works closely with Argent and Ramp. Sam received a first class honours from the London School of Economics.
