Alex Nephew

Alex Nephew is the CEO and Co-Founder of FirstParty, a company established in March 2021 that focuses on helping organizations extract value from their data. Prior to this role, Alex served as President and Co-Founder of 7Park Data from October 2012 to January 2021, where the mission was to transform data to revolutionize business decisions; 7Park Data was acquired by Vista Equity Partners in 2018 and Apptio in 2021. Alex's earlier experience includes roles as Director of Sales at ITG following its acquisition of Majestic Research, where Alex also held the Director of Sales title from May 2006 to October 2010. Additional professional history includes a position as Director of Sales at Datamonitor from 2001 to 2006, and a sales role at HotSocket in 2000-2001. Alex began a career in finance with the Private Client Group at Merrill Lynch from 1997 to 2000. Educational background includes a B.A. in Economics from Denison University, attended from 1993 to 1997, and earlier schooling at Acton-Boxborough Regional High School and The Fenn School.
