Previously, Tim held leadership roles in product management and strategy at S&P Global and S&P Global Market Intelligence, where they worked on generative AI capabilities and enhanced collaboration across teams. A founding partner at Rosiem Capital LLP, Tim contributed to the firm’s significant market presence in European fixed income derivatives. Tim earned a Distinction Honours degree from London Business School and has a passion for connecting teams to drive business success while promoting a collaborative workplace culture.
