Lachmi Deb Roy is currently the Associate Editor of Firstpost, where they lead the entertainment and culture desk. With over 12 years of experience in journalism, Lachmi has worked with several prominent publications, including Outlook, where they won multiple Laadli Media and Advertising Awards for Gender Sensitivity. They are also a skilled feature writer and social media manager, having contributed to discussions on gender studies and cinematic themes. Lachmi is a graduate of KC College, Churchgate, and has served as a professor in Mass Media, overseeing the M.A. program at the University of Mumbai.
