Mike then transitioned into the field of Technical Recruitment, joining MATRIX Resources as a Technical Recruiter from October 2000 to May 2004. After that, they worked at Modis Inc. as a Business Development professional from June 2004 to March 2009. Currently, Mike is the Vice President of IT Operations at firstPRO, a reputable recruiting firm since April 2009. In their current role, they are responsible for managing IT recruiting and sales, overseeing a team of 17 recruiters, and playing a vital role in the firm's success with annual revenues exceeding $40 Million.
