William O'Neil

William O'Neil has extensive work experience in the recruiting and finance fields. From 1999 to 2019, they worked at WinterWyman as a Principal in the Accounting & Finance department. In this role, they focused on mid-level accounting and finance positions and partnered with clients in various industries. Since 2019, they have been working at firstPro, Inc. in multiple roles, including Director of Sales and Recruiting, Senior Talent Partner, and Senior Consultant in the Accounting and Finance department.

William O'Neil attended the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst from 1991 to 1995. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at UMass Boston from 1997 to 1999, earning another Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
