Ben Gallatin is currently the Area Operations Manager at First Quality, having transitioned from a Continuous Improvement Engineer role at Henkel. Previously, Ben gained extensive experience as a Process Engineer at Arkema and a Production Supervisor at The Kraft Heinz Company, where they led significant improvements in manufacturing efficiency and quality control. Ben also interned at Microtek Laboratories, Inc., focusing on quality control, and at the Air Force Research Laboratory, specializing in photonics research. Ben holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Vanderbilt University and graduated with honors from Oakwood High School.
