Larry Strait is an executive leader with extensive experience in business strategy, product development, engineering, and program management. They held various roles at Chamberlain Group from 2010 to 2014, including Vice President, where they successfully turned around a struggling business unit and managed a significant P&L. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Associate at The Applied Research Laboratory at Penn State University from 1993 to 1999, focusing on materials science and composite structures for the U.S. Navy.
