Mark Parks

Mark Parks is a seasoned training and development professional with over 25 years of experience, primarily in high-pressure environments. Having served in the US Navy as a Senior Chief Petty Officer until 2022, Mark successfully implemented training programs and mentoring sessions that enhanced workplace morale and efficiency. Currently, Mark holds the position of Sr. Training Manager at First Quality and People Development Manager at Ardagh Group, while also having worked as a Training Manager at Smithfield Foods. Mark earned a Bachelor’s degree in Music from the University of North Carolina at Asheville and a Master of Business Administration from Liberty University, focusing on Management and Leadership.
