Matthew Feil

Matthew Feil, MBA, MSHR, is a seasoned HR leader with over 25 years of experience in human resources. Currently serving as a Human Resources Executive at First Quality since 2024, Matthew has held various roles including Director of Human Resources at Jersey Shore Steel Company and Plant Manager at Truck-Lite Co., LLC. Previously, Matthew also worked as a Human Resource Manager at multiple companies, including West Pharmaceutical Services, and earned a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of North Alabama. Matthew holds certifications as a SHRM-SCP and SPHR, and has a robust background in compensation, benefits, employee relations, and labor relations.
