Pam Lautsch is currently the Project Management Lead at First Quality, where they oversee the project management office. Previously, from 1997 to 2008, Pam served as the Director of Technical Services at Mount Nittany Medical Center, leading a team of network specialists and helpdesk staff. Pam has also held positions such as Infrastructure Architect at First Quality Enterprises and Computer Manager at The Pennsylvania State University. Additionally, Pam dedicated over 20 years as the Sidewalk Sale and Exhibition Coordinator for the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts and served as a board member for five years. They hold a Master of Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Penn State University.
