Rachelle Sheets is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and procurement across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Indirect Procurement Buyer at First Quality since November 2025, Rachelle leads efforts to optimize costs and supplier performance while mentoring a team of buyers. Prior roles include Procurement Specialist at Reworld Waste and Strategic Senior Buyer at W. R. Grace, where Rachelle was responsible for indirect purchases and capital projects across multiple North American sites. Additionally, Rachelle's experience as a Strategic Buyer at Arxada focused on Capex projects, and as Purchasing Leader at Lonza, Rachelle managed a large inventory and led a team of over 140 staff.
