Shane Scanlan is the Director of Operations at First Quality, bringing over 23 years of experience in supervising and managing high-speed manufacturing. Previously, Shane held various positions at First Quality, including Interim Plant Manager and Production Supervisor, where they led teams, developed training strategies, and implemented effective operational improvements. With certifications in Lean Level I and Six Sigma Black Belt, Shane is recognized for their strong communication and leadership skills, successfully managing projects from conception to completion. Shane's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Business Management from South Hills School of Business & Technology and studies in Health Sciences at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania.
