Shawn Brown

Shawn Brown is an experienced engineering and manufacturing leader with a robust background in high-speed production and process optimization, particularly in the absorbent hygiene sector. Shawn's career includes significant roles at First Quality, serving as Director of Engineering and Director of Manufacturing AHG, where achievements include improving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and executing major capacity expansions. Prior experience at Carrier HVAC as a Process Engineer laid the foundation for a solid technical expertise. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and multiple associate degrees in Automated Manufacturing Technology and Toolmaking Technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
