Wesley Muller

Wesley Muller is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and compliance. Muller served as Associate at Edell, Shapiro & Finnan from March 2004 to February 2005, drafting patent opinions and reviewing applications. From February 2005 to March 2010, Muller was Senior Group Patent Counsel at Black & Decker, focusing on U.S. patent acquisition. A tenure at Under Armour from March 2010 to January 2022 saw Muller rise to Managing Counsel, overseeing intellectual property and product compliance in alignment with company objectives. Following this, Muller was Senior Counsel for Product, Innovation, and IP at Gap Inc. from January 2022 to July 2023, and currently holds the position of Senior IP Counsel at First Quality since August 2023. Muller is a retired Lieutenant Colonel of the United States Marine Corps, where service included deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom I. Educational qualifications include a BCE in Civil Engineering from Villanova University and a JD from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
