Jace Mudali

Jace Mudali has extensive experience in IT risk and governance, currently serving as the Head of IT and Cybersecurity Risk and Governance at FirstRand Group since July 2018, where responsibilities include developing and overseeing the implementation of the group IT Risk Strategy and IT Governance Framework. Prior to this role, Mudali held multiple positions at Standard Bank Group from 2010 to 2018, including roles in IT Risk Management, IT Security, Operational Risk for IT, and GEF Risk Management, implementing frameworks and methods for managing varied risks across the organization. Previous experience also includes serving as the Group Head of Business Continuity at Liberty Life and as Head of Business Continuity Management at Standard Bank, where capabilities for business continuity were developed. Jace Mudali holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from a university attended between 2000 and 2001 and completed Matric with Exemption at Meadowlands Secondary School from 1981 to 1984.
