Mark Stoffberg is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Head of International Mobility and International HR and Reward at FirstRand Bank Limited since February 2011, Mark Stoffberg specializes in formulating innovative international mobility policies to attract talent and ensure compliance with global regulations. Prior to this role, Mark Stoffberg held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at AngloGold Ashanti, where responsibilities included managing a comprehensive total reward function across multiple countries. Mark Stoffberg began a career in human resources as a Human Resources Manager at Gold Fields Ltd. and holds a BA Honours degree in Humanities from Wits University.
