Mirasha Singh is an experienced professional in the field of payments risk and compliance, currently serving as the Payments Risk Head at FirstRand Group since January 2019. In this role, Mirasha leads the Payments Risk Capability, providing specialized support and oversight for payments risk across the Group. Prior to this position, Mirasha held the role of Regulatory Risk Manager for Strategic Payments at FirstRand Group and has extensive experience as a Compliance Officer at Standard Bank Group, focusing on Card Acquiring and Emerging Payments. Additional experience includes serving as Risk and Compliance Manager at FNB Clearing House and holding compliance and risk officer positions at FNB Credit Card and Standard Bank Group. Mirasha's academic background includes a combined BA in Industrial Psychology and LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand.
