Trevor Kunda

Trevor Kunda is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience across various leadership roles in multiple organizations. Currently serving as the HR Executive for Africa at FirstRand Group since June 2022, Trevor is responsible for enhancing people capabilities across African subsidiaries. Previously, Trevor was a Learning Advisory Board Member at SAP SuccessFactors and held key positions at Discovery Limited, including Group Head of Leadership Development and Learning, where Trevor shaped leadership and organizational culture. At Tiger Brands, Trevor served as HR Director, focusing on people, organizational capabilities, and culture for competitive growth. Earlier in career, Trevor held various HR roles at Unilever, contributing to leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and talent management. Trevor holds a BCom Honours in Management Studies from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a BCom in Management and Industrial Psychology from the University of South Africa.
