Carlo Spada is a seasoned product leader and venture capital professional with extensive experience across various companies, notably serving as Head of Youth Products and Head of Savings at Revolut, where significant growth in user engagement and market coverage was achieved. Currently, Carlo holds venture scout positions at Hummingbird Ventures and Picus Capital, alongside a limited partner role at firedrop, offering investment in European startups. As a mentor at First Round Capital and a member of the Nova talent network, Carlo supports early-stage founders and high-potential talent.
