David Apple is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the biotechnology and technology sectors. Currently serving as Founder and CEO of Shark Tooth Biotech, David is focused on developing a treatment for CMT1A, motivated by the impact of the disease on personal family life. As an advisor and angel investor with the Apple Angel Fund, David has contributed to over 30 B2B SaaS startups and held various fractional leadership positions since 2020. David's expertise also extends to the Charcot-Marie-Tooth Association as a board member and roles at Sequoia Capital and First Round Capital. Previous leadership positions include Chief Revenue Officer at Zingtree and Head of Customer Success and Sales at Notion. David holds an Executive MBA from Imperial College London and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
