Elton Kwok

Elton Kwok is a highly experienced executive currently serving as VP & GM for WeWork's US West, Canada, and Common Desk, overseeing operations across a significant portfolio that includes 6 million square feet and 300+ team members. With a strong background in asset management, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership, Elton has held various leadership roles at WeWork, including full P&L ownership for California and Nevada. In addition to WeWork, Elton co-founded the Fish Sauce Podcast, serves as a board member at the USC Viterbi School of Engineering, and provides mentorship at First Round Capital. Previous experiences include advisory roles at a stealth startup, operations at Handy HQ, and roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where Elton advanced through a leadership development program. Elton holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a business minor from the University of Southern California and an Executive Leadership and Hospitality Management Certificate from Cornell University.
