Hayley Bay Barna is currently a Partner at First Round Capital and a Board Director at RAB Lighting. Previously, Hayley Bay co-founded and served as CEO of Birchbox, as well as being an Angel Investor and Advisor. Before that, Hayley Bay worked as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain and Company. Hayley holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Harvard University.
