Molly Simon

Molly Simon is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently, as Head of Sales at Solv., Molly leads the sales organization promoting AI-powered technologies for operational and customer experience enhancements. Previously, as Director of Strategic Sales & Partnerships, Molly focused on enterprise sales and launched new verticals, building on initial success as the first health systems hire responsible for creating health system sales strategies. In addition to work at Solv., Molly advises First Round Capital startups on healthcare and business strategies. Molly co-founded One Sun Health, addressing public health challenges in rural South Africa, and has consulted for various early-stage companies as a sales and go-to-market consultant. With a strong background in healthcare technologies and project management from roles at the Advisory Board and experience in non-profit initiatives, Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology & Public Health from Washington University in St. Louis, as well as certification as an Integrative Health Coach.
