Nicole Khazanedar

Nicole Khazanedar serves as the VP of People at AnyRoad, a leading experiential marketing platform, since August 2021. In addition, Nicole mentors at First Round Capital starting September 2023. Nicole's previous experience includes a significant tenure at Connery Consulting from 2014 to 2021, where responsibilities included leading executive search practices and building the agency's contingent arm, TalentAQ, which focused on high-growth startups. Previous roles also include technical recruiting positions at Uber and Instacart, where Nicole partnered with senior executives to scale teams in data science and engineering. Nicole began their career at Deloitte, where experience encompassed full-cycle recruiting and tax consulting for various industries. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
