Rochelle Dire

Rochelle DiRe is an accomplished HR professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Founder of Plumb Enterprises since April 2019, where the focus is on human-first strategies for high-growth teams. In parallel, Rochelle also acts as an Advisor at Visit.org, promotes employee-driven corporate social responsibility, and mentors at First Round Capital. Previous leadership roles include Chief People Officer at Blink Health and Managed by Q, as well as VP of People and Culture at Intent Media Inc., with a strong emphasis on enhancing operational efficiency while maintaining cultural vibrancy. Earlier experience includes serving as SVP of Human Resources at Martha Stewart Living and VP of HR at Hearst. Rochelle holds a BA in Visual Arts from Bennington College and has pursued additional studies in human resources at Cornell University and Harvard Business School.
