Shannon Mosier

Shannon Mosier is an accomplished leader in the fintech space with extensive experience in product and operations management. As a Fast Track Mentor at First Round Capital since January 2018, Shannon provides 1:1 mentorship to founders and executives within the portfolio. Currently serving as a Fractional CPO/COO and Startup Advisor at Blue Sky, Shannon co-founded Iconic Finance and held the positions of Chief Product Officer and Chief Operating Officer, leading product innovation for a B2C digital bank and securing $5.5 million in seed funding. Previous roles include Head of Product at Kiavi, where Shannon drove significant revenue growth, and Principal at Parthenon-EY, managing over 25 strategic growth engagements. Shannon's educational background includes an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BBA and BA in Finance and Psychology from William & Mary.
