Shola Farber

Shola Farber is the Founder and Managing Director of Out East Ventures, focusing on investment opportunities, business operations improvement, and growth strategies since 2020. Currently involved as an Advance for Harris for President and previously served as Chief of Staff at Bridgewater Associates, Shola also mentors early-stage founders through the Fast Track Program at First Round Capital. Additional roles include service on the Climate Tech and Startup Advisory Board at SXSW, Senior Advisor at The Tuesday Company, and co-founder positions at The Tuesday Company and POLITICO. Shola's extensive experience in account management and strategic growth is complemented by a solid educational background, including degrees from the University of Chicago, Georgetown University, University of Oxford, and The American University of Paris.
