Tayson Hoang is an experienced mentor and leader in the customer success and enablement sectors, currently serving as a Mentor at NUMA New York and First Round Capital. Having played a pivotal role in scaling Bluecore from a Series-B to a Series-C technology company, Tayson managed the Enablement and Education team, fostering cross-functional collaboration and developing client training programs.
