Tory Macdonald

Tory Macdonald currently serves as Chief of Staff at First Round Capital, collaborating with Founding Partner Josh Kopelman to assess new investments and oversee the diligence process while supporting entrepreneurs in building sustainable companies. Additionally, Tory has been the Lead Product Manager at Resonance Companies since July 2017, where responsibilities include driving an apparel technology platform that aids fashion brands in eliminating excess inventory through a made-to-demand system. Tory has held multiple roles at Resonance, including Head of Brand Success, Senior Product Manager, and Brand Manager. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy from Duke University and a High School Diploma from Noble and Greenough School.
