Lupe Mujica is currently the Chief People Officer at FirstService. Prior to this, they served as Vice President of Human Resources for Merit Property Management from October 2009 to July 2014. Lupe also worked with Senior Leaders in the development and execution of change management and organizational change.

Prior to their work in the corporate world, Lupe owned their own Human Resource Consultants company from January 1998 to October 2003.

Throughout their career, Lupe has been responsible for providing Human Resources expertise and support in order to contribute toward the overall achievement of strategic and tactical goals. Lupe has also been a leader in the development and execution of change management and organizational change. Her experience in both the corporate world and as a business owner make their uniquely qualified for their current role as Chief People Officer at FirstService.

Lupe Mujica went to Chapman University.
