Ciara Foster

Ciara Foster has cultivated extensive experience in customer success and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Success at Firstup since June 2020, Ciara has previously held roles such as Sr. Customer Strategy & Transformation Manager and Commercial Team Lead at the same company. Prior to Firstup, Ciara worked at Dynamic Signal as a Customer Success Manager and at ShopKeep as Director of Operations and Project Management. Additionally, Ciara led the Client Services team at Cayan LLC and held positions at G4S, Tech Mahindra, and RIAS PLC., showcasing a strong background in team leadership and customer service. Ciara's educational foundation includes a high school degree from St. Colms, attained between 1996 and 2002.
