James S. has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as Finance Manager at Firstup since January 2018, with previous roles as FP&A Business Partner for Ops and Analytics and Senior Accountant. Prior to this, James held the position of Senior Auditor at BDO USA, LLP from March 2016 to November 2017, and worked as a Production Accountant at Sony Pictures Imageworks for a brief period in 2015. James began the professional journey as an Auditor at BDO in Australia from June 2012 to December 2014, delivering audit and assurance services to various sectors including mining and investment services. Educationally, James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Curtin University and a Diploma in Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
