Jason Mitchell

Jason Mitchell currently serves as General Counsel at Firstup since October 2022, bringing extensive legal expertise from various consulting roles since 2004, including ongoing work with Payloadz, Inc. and Adoptics, Inc. Previous positions include General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Classy.org, and Vice President of Operations and Legal at ACTIVE Network, LLC, where management of global procurement and legal negotiations was key. Jason has also held roles at Moody's Investors Service, Cahill Gordon & Reindel, and Proskauer Rose LLP, contributing to corporate law and intellectual property matters. Educational achievements include a JD with honors from New York University School of Law and a BA in Political Science with honors from the University of Pennsylvania.
